Our founder, Manfred Luebke, was a German immigrant with a simple philosophy: do the job right and stand by your work. He started with a single lathe and a spray-welder in a small shop, repairing farm machinery for local clients.
A pivotal partnership with a gate valve manufacturer revealed the need for durable wear protection. Manfred invested relentlessly—often using a bank loan for one machine as a down payment on five. This forward-thinking, ambitious spirit is embedded in our DNA. Today, that small shop has grown into a sprawling complex in Wetaskiwin, AB, but our core mission remains unchanged: to provide robust, reliable manufacturing solutions and unparalleled customer service.
